Guccident M100L and V3 Upgrades a Greek Dental Clinic in Corinth

A two unit upgrade for an active Greek dental clinic

When Dr. Ilias planned an equipment upgrade for his clinic in Corinth, Greece, he was not looking for a generic chair selected from a catalogue. He wanted two full-size dental units with different visual identities, practical chairside configurations and a cross-border delivery plan that would reduce the burden on his clinic team.
After comparing options, discussing import documentation and reviewing configurations with Guccident, he selected one M100L and one V3. The M100L was ordered in Roman Purple, while the V3 was specified in black with grey details. Both units were configured around the clinic’s workflow, including four-hole handpiece tubing and additional chairside equipment discussed during the order process.
The result is visible in the customer’s own clinic photographs: two distinct dental units integrated into real treatment room. The case also shows how detailed preparation and consistent communication can support a smoother international equipment project.

From specification to production

The consultation moved from model comparison to configuration details. The clinic asked about chair dimensions, upholstery, handpiece connections, the cuspidor arrangement, the floor layout and compatibility with the clinic’s suction system. Guccident supplied product information and installation materials so the customer’s in-house technician could prepare the treatment rooms before arrival. The order was confirmed in October 2025. Production updates followed, with the M100L completed first and the V3 completed afterward. Before shipment, the team continued to confirm the selected colors, accessories and invoice details. This documented back-and-forth matters for overseas buyers because small configuration decisions can affect installation readiness just as much as the chair itself.

Managing international delivery transparently

The two units travelled from China into the European logistics network and then onward to Greece. Severe winter weather and handover delays extended the final-mile schedule. The clinic needed reliable updates because it was already operating and had to coordinate room access and installation with its technician. Rather than treating shipment as finished once the goods left the factory, the sales contact continued following up with the freight forwarder, sharing route and tracking updates, and responding whenever the clinic asked for news. The units reached the clinic on 20 February 2026, and installation began immediately.

What the customer said

After installation, Dr. Ilias described the units as “very beautiful.” During the delivery process he also thanked the sales contact for persistent follow-up, writing, “Thanks Iris, you are great.” Together, these comments highlight the appearance of the installed equipment and the value of responsive communication throughout an international purchase.

Why this case matters to dental clinics buying internationally

Buying a dental unit from an overseas manufacturer involves more than comparing a product photo and a price. A clinic needs clear answers about model selection, documentation, configuration, room preparation, delivery responsibility and technical support. This case shows those questions being handled across the purchasing journey from planning and production to delivery and installation. For dentists evaluating a dental chair manufacturer in China, the strongest proof is not a marketing promise. It is evidence that the equipment has reached a real clinic, has been installed by a local technician and is supported by people who remain available after delivery.

Questions from international dental buyers

Can a dental clinic prepare the room before the units arrive
Yes. In this case, installation layout information and product guidance were discussed with the customer’s technician so drain and suction planning could be considered during the clinic renovation. Final site requirements should always be confirmed against the ordered configuration and current technical documents.
Does Guccident support installation outside China
This clinic used its own technician, supported remotely with manuals, installation videos and communication with Guccident’s engineering team. The exact support plan should be confirmed before ordering.
What should an EU buyer verify before ordering
Ask the supplier for the documents applicable to the exact model and configuration, then have the current certificates and declaration reviewed for the intended market before purchase. Do not assume that documentation for one model automatically covers another.
